Happy Holidays

Hope everyone had a great Halloween. To get you in the Holiday Spirit here is a great recipe that i wanted to share.
PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD
I made these into mini muffins and passed them out on Halloween night. If your making them into loafs it will make 6 mini loafs or about 3 large loafs. These are great for neighbors, teachers, visiting teaching, home teaching alright you should get the idea. Please enjoy and let me know what you think.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients
3 1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 large can pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
1.Coat pans you will be using either 6 mini loafs or 3 large loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350* F
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices into a large bowl. Stir to blend. Add pumpkin, water, oil, and eggs. Beat until smooth and then add chocolate chips. Pour batter into pans.
3. Bake about 1 hour or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

~ I got this recipe originally from allrecipes.com .The recipe was submitted by V. Monte and was called Delicious Pumpkin Bread. In the original there are no chocolate chips, instead there are walnuts and only 2 cups of pumpkin are used instead of a large can. I think using the large can makes the bread come out really moist but needs to be baked a little longer. I hope this helps.
